WHAT IS A STARTING POINT SESSION?
BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

Using advanced technology, we perform a detailed body composition scan that measures body fat mass, lean muscle mass, and identifies areas of muscle imbalances. This scan also highlights water retention and inflammation, providing critical insights into overall health and recovery potential.

INJURY HISTORY REVIEW
We take the time to carefully document and discuss any past injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain issues. Understanding your injury history helps us identify potential risk factors and tailor exercises that prioritize safety and longevity.

MOVEMENT SCREEN
A complete movement screen is conducted to assess how your body moves during key patterns. This helps identify any limitations, compensations, or imbalances that could impact your performance or lead to injury.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
We analyze your posture from head to toe, noting any deviations or areas of concern. Proper posture is essential for movement efficiency and long-term health, so this step ensures we build a strong foundation.

After the assessment, you’ll receive detailed feedback and specific recommendations. These include exercises to correct muscle imbalances, posture-improving strategies, and nutrition guidance to support your goals.

What equipment do you use in GYM1 Training™?
We've stacked our Gym1 Training™ Studio with the latest world-class training machines, with Keiser equipment, fully loaded personal X-training stations and all the bells and whistles to help you upgrade your training.
What should I wear to GYM1 Training™ classes?
We recommend wearing supportive training shoes and moisture-wicking clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
