Focus on moving meditation, long holds + pose variations.

Slow down and savour your practice. Intentionally paced with longer holds to promote deeper muscle engagement. Learn to adjust postures to fit your body, explore variations, and embrace your creative expression. Focus on balancing body + mind, active + passive poses.

Find your balance. Experience all the benefits of yoga in one thoughtfully designed class. Build heat, strength, and endurance with an active Yang flow, then wind down with a passive Yin flow, featuring deep, juicy stretches to enhance flexibility, breath-work, and mindful meditation to promote relaxation and calm the mind. RESTORE + STRETCH

Focus on mind + body connection, deep stretch + relax.

Tune in and let go. Find stillness as you ease in to long-held postures, gently accessing deep connective tissues to improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Feel tension and stress melt away as you’re guided inward to explore your body’s sensations and foster a meditative state. MAT RHYTHM

Get ready to sweat to the beat. Dynamic sequences blend traditional pilates exercises with HIIT principles. Challenge your endurance and coordination as you push your pace through engaging choreo. Progressions, pulses and holds are combined to maximize the burn. Intermediate/Advanced.

Beat the Heat! Boxing drills meet cardio and strength training in this HIIT class designed to improve endurance, enhance agility and burn calories. Lean into your limits with 7 grueling rounds filled with boxing drills like jabs, hooks and crosses, and athletic drills like squats, lunges and jumping jacks. One of the toughest classes in our Flow Studio — step into the ring and rise to the challenge. All levels.
