Focus on beat-driven combinations + full-room energy

Corten's signature rhythm-based boxing experience. With 12 bags firing at once, this class blends high-energy boxing fundamentals with rhythm-based rounds that keep the entire room in sync. Expect a fun, empowering sweat as you jab, cross, hook, and shuffle to the beat. It's boxing — with more rhythm, more energy, and way more vibe. All levels.


TECHNICAL KNOCKOUT

Focus on authentic technique + purposeful heavy-bag work

Elevate your game. You'll refine your strikes, work through purposeful heavy-bag combinations, develop crisp footwork with athletic movement drills, and build knockout-level strength through focused core work. All levels.


HIIT KNOCKOUT

Focus on conditioning + speed across high-intensity stations

This isn't your average boxing class. HIIT Knockout fuses heart-pounding conditioning with hard-hitting combos across stations that push your speed and stamina. At Corten, we know that 80% of boxing is endurance. If you can outlast the workout, you can outlast your opponent. All levels.

FAQ'S

  • What do I need to bring to a Boxing class?

    Hand wraps are required for every class for protection and hygiene. Boxing gloves are also needed. Don't have your own? No problem — we sell both at the front desk, featuring industry-leading quality from Rival Boxing Gear.

  • Is Boxing suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely. All three of our Boxing class styles are designed to accommodate every skill level. Our instructors provide technique guidance and modifications so you can jump in with confidence from day one.

  • What should I wear?

    Comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Supportive cross-trainers or boxing shoes are ideal.

  • How often should I train?

    For best results, we recommend 2–3 Boxing classes per week. This gives your body time to adapt and progress while developing real skill over time.
